  • The parent company must be active and onshore
  • with audited or tax statements for two years,
  • free of tax and other liabilities,
  • without the use of nominees

  • Possession of a pension certificate and/or documentation from a Pension Fund (or similar authority) confirming pension entitlement
  • Possession of an account in a Bulgarian bank with a minimum balance of €8,000 per applicant
