REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Valid travel passport
  • Marriage and birth certificates of children (if applicable)
  • CVs for all adult applicants
  • Bank statement showing a balance of at least €50,000

PROCESS OF OBTAINING
A FRENCH RESIDENCE PERMIT

  • Undergoing a preliminary due diligence check. Execution of a service agreement. Payment of DH services
  • Preparing the startup project
    (handled by DH Private team).
    We prepare the "turnkey" project in compliance with the stringent requirements of the La French Tech organization and the French government
  • Applying to a French startup incubator
    (handled by DH Private team)
    We submit a request to an accredited incubator within the La French Tech network and receive a response or instructions to refine the application towards approval
  • Signing a contract with the startup incubator and receiving an invitation letter from the French Ministry of Economy and Finance (handled by DH Private team)
  • Registration at a visa center or French consulate in the country of citizenship or residency to apply for a Category D Visa
  • Obtaining a Category D Visa and visiting France to activate the visa and apply for a temporary residency card
  • Receiving a permanent residency card valid for four years for the whole family.
